Top 5 Ways We Hold Ourselves Back From Growth

Today is a very special day and it's beckoning you to release a burden (or more) you've been carrying with you for many, many years. If you're spiritually inclined, a fan of numerology or astrology - you understand what I'm saying.

For those of you unfamiliar, there are many energetic + cosmic events happening today that all point to letting go of what's holding you to the past (and thus continuing to repeat the same lessons over and over) to align and embrace a more positive future.

Since this is truly an inside job, take some time today to think about what's holding you back in life and become willing to release it.

The most common ways we sabotage our own happiness and wish fulfillment are generally fear, insecurities, toxicity, limiting beliefs, family conditioning + patterns, and negative thinking.

Think about how these themes have played out in your life. How have they held you back? What's the next right step you can take to push through this block?

These inner blocks tell us many things that are simply untrue. Your fear could be telling yourself that you're not good enough to after that career you desire, so instead you play it safe and only go where it feels comfortable. Maybe your negative thinking has you assuming that everyone and everything is working against you vs. for you. Perhaps, family conditioning has kept you small or dimmed your light in some way (or many).

Whatever your story is and whatever needs to be released, make peace with it. See how it has served you in some way and protected you up until today. Acknowledge and show gratitude for these parts of yourself and lovingly release their hold on you.

Today is all about making a conscious choice to decide whether you are ready for a fresh start within yourself.

Get clear on what inner work needs to be done.

Say NO to the past dictating how your future is going to turn out and say YES to becoming the creator of your destiny.
