I’m a certified trauma-informed transformation connection life coach.

The relationship we have with ourselves directly impacts the way we interact with others and our environment. Past pain, unhealthy attachments, and learned dysfunctional relationship dynamics cloud our judgment and perception of the world around us which ultimately holds us back from our own happiness. We begin to disconnect with our authenticity and sense of self with every unhealthy belief and unhealed trauma experienced in life until we get to the point where there’s a knowing that SOMETHING has to change but we’re unsure what exactly that is.

Utilizing my intuition, education and wisdom, I will help gently guide you through the process of self-discovery and healing so that you may live the life you were always meant to live.
