1:1 Personal Coaching Sessions

Every client's journey and needs are different. Our journey together begins first with a free 30-minute consultation to determine if 1:1 session work is the right path for you. I'll meet you where you're at and help you begin achieving your personal goals within our first session together.

During our time together we'll focus on your specific goal and co-create a path forward to achieving it. I integrate spiritual services, trauma-informed practices, and personal wisdom into session work for a holistic mind, body, and soul approach to healing. Our work together often asks you to dive deep into yourself to bring about the most profound healing of core wounds and deeply rooted patterns or beliefs that no longer serve you. Together we will transform and transmute what once held you back and turn that into the fuel necessary to propel you forward in a positive way.

Individuals are considered a “client” after 3-months of coaching or 6 sessions.

  • Investment: $200 / 60 minutes

    For current or past clients only. You are considered a client after 3 months or 6 sessions.

  • Investment: $540 for three (3) 60-minute sessions.

    (10% discount, $60 savings)

  • Investment: $1,080 for six (6) 60-minute sessions.

    (10% discount, $120 savings)

  • Investment: $2,400 for twelve (12) 60-minute sessions.

    (15%, $360 savings)

  • Investment: $4,420 for twenty four (26) 60-minute sessions.

  • Investment: $400/month or $200/session for two (2) 60-minute coaching sessions.

COUPLE’S COACHING 

2:1 Connection Coaching

Are you looking for a way to deepen your connection and communication with your partner, family member, co-worker, or friend? During a connection session we explore the current relationship dynamic and discover ways to improve the experience for both individuals. I create a safe space for both of you to be vulnerable in order to get to the root cause of what's happening. We'll co-create a healthy way to move forward that serves both individuals equally.

This session work is ideal for those wanting to strengthen communication and connection in any existing relationship, especially if you or the other person is someone who's found conflict within relationships difficult to manage in a healthy way. During our time together I provide the tools necessary to help you honor yourself and the relationship while giving a third-party perspective on how the conflict can actually help you deepen your connection instead of driving your further apart.

Investment: $200 | 60 minutes

 Email Coaching Packages

Let's face it, we're all busy and live sessions aren't always right for everyone. Email coaching services are right for you if you prefer to express your thoughts on paper vs. speaking out loud, have a very busy schedule and/or prefer flexibility, prefer to speak about your struggles with total anonymity, or you’re on a tight budget.

Unlimited Monthly Email Coaching Package

• Intake session with full discovery of goals and personal inventory work

• Access to a shared document to track your personal goal progress

• One email coaching session per week personally curated to guide you toward meeting your personal goals

• Unlimited follow-up emails each month - response within 24 hrs

• 1 - 30 minute live Zoom session per month (optional)

Investment: $300/month - $800 if paid in full ($100 savings)

Month-to-Month contract after the first 3-months

Question-Based Monthly Email Coaching Package

• Questions are based on a specific life situation - response is received within 24 hours

• This is best fit for individuals who've experienced coaching in the past and are looking for an inexpensive maintenance program

• I will include journal prompts for deeper inner reflection when appropriate

• Response packages based on your needs

Our 30-minute session will feel like you’re speaking to one of your oldest and wisest best friends or family members. Using my intuition, I channel guidance specific to your situation to help you move forward.

Utilizing my intuition and a variety of decks, I'll channel divine guidance from your higher self and spiritual team regarding any area of your life that you're looking for guidance or validation of your own intuition. Moon Manifestation Guidance

By combining astrology and the energetic themes of each moon cycle, I'll help guide you to manifesting and releasing in accordance to what is specific to your personal alignment for maximum potency. Every month we have the opportunity to release what no longer serves us and call in what we want to experience. By working with the personalized themes in your birth chart I'll outline what's being activated, how to move through it, and channel-specific messages from your guides.
